For most of you this is a long haul, and right before Thanksgiving.
However, I wanted to make you all aware of the first Nordic Service
Design Conference in Oslo in November.
We have three days of interesting Service Design content:
Day 1: A business day, focussing upon examples of Service Design
examples
Day 2: A crossover day, featuring workshops, tutorials and a design
challenge
Day 3: A research day, featuring parallel sessions of peer reviewed
research.
Speakers include:
Adaptive Path, LiveWork, Hello Health, User Voice, Making Waves,
Tellart, The Design Council and more.
