Hi All,
Does anyone know of anywhere that I can find stats for the impact of faceted
search functions on e-commerce sites? (For example, Amazon comes to mind where
the search function is utlized 90% of the time.) I am trying to convince a
client to spend the development money to revamp their taxonomy and include a
faceted search function on their site.
