I'd like to get some input from the design community in regards to career advancement. I work at a large organization which has:
1. Junior-level designers 2. Mid-level designers 3. Senior designers 4. Lead designers There are a lot of Senior designers, most of which have been designing for about 7+ years. Lead designers are more along the lines of a Principal designer. In this type of organization, what should the break-down be for each title in terms of years of experience? What would be the main difference between junior-level and mid-level? ________________________________________________________________ Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)!
