I know that a bunch of sysadmins that deploy and manage Firefox across their company have had issues with Mozilla's move to the rapid release cycle. There's a proposal being discussed on the mozilla.dev.planning mailing list to provide an ESR release of firefox for a limited amount of time in order to help companies adjust.
