Every so often, I'll get email out of the blue from recruiters asking me where to post jobs. I inevitably suggest Stack Overflow Careers, and I every time, they reply with "we tried that, but didn't get any good leads". I'm not sure what that means for Joel's site, but it's probably not great news.
Honestly, a Friend of a Friend(tm) is probably the best bet. Behind that, just being picky with all of your leads should be fine. Everyone who's really looking for a job will see your post, as long as you put it on a job board somewhere. Just write it well so that, when reading it, it makes you want to work there. --Matt On Fri, Oct 14, 2011 at 6:07 PM, Joseph Kern <[email protected]>wrote: > Stack Overflow Careers?
