I know that it's offtopic to Job's request, however amtrak to trenton then the NJ Transit northeast corridor line to New Brunswick, the train station is practically across the street from the hotel.
I can't speak to the amtrak fare, but I believe the NJT fare would be no more than about $10-15 one way.
