Greetings LOPSA, I'm seeking recommendations for a vendor that can provide 24x7 support of Office 365. Currently we're using O2 in Ireland (as this is where we are based) but they do not offer 24x7 support and the support they do offer has been extremely poor.
I realize Microsoft offers support for their product but their support capabilities seem to be limited which is why they contract out a lot of the support for their Office 365 product. Can anybody recommend a vendor with 24x7 support, preferably in the United States? Thanks in advance. -Evan
