I attended the allthingsopen conference in Raleigh last week.
One interesting thing was a keynote about being inclusive and welcoming of minority groups. One example was the drupal conference code-of-conduct policy. https://groups.drupal.org/node/235308 All things open has an anti-harassment policy http://allthingsopen.org/terms.html Does LISA have a code-of-conduct policy? If not, should one be created? (My initial thought was that it should not be needed, but it does not hurt to have a policy in place and it may help some people feel more welcome).
