Hi Yves, I'm on a tablet on a plane at the moment, so I can't look up your status right now, nor can I guarantee the accuracy of what I'll say, but this is how reminders work, to my knowledge:
1 month prior, you get an email reminding you that your membership is up for renewal soon, with the date given. 2 weeks prior, you get a second reminder that you're going to expire, with the date. The day of expiration, you get a notice of expiration. I do not believe that there is any automated notification following membership expiration right now. I overhauled these reminders a few months ago because before, the reminders would often not go out and the rules for sending reminders were shaky. Now, as far as I can tell, they are solid and always get sent. I have thought about occasional reminders, and I think in the past, one of the other board members has sent out a bulk email, but there's a point in there where it stops being helpful and starts being spam. I'm not certain where that point is, to be honest.
