To All on the List,
I am torn between using a backup solution for a very small business network.
Either go with a solution that also covers Linux or Not and this same publisher
has more support staff or go with the newer company on the block and that is
limited to only Microsoft.
I usually go for the most flexible solution in-order to provide the most
possible solutions to just about any problem in recovery. If the company's
application program only runs in Windows environment, should I just stick to a
product that covers this well only ?
I am looking for persons with real life experiences with either of these two
products and their support staff experiences. If all remains equal, then the
support issue will turn my decision.
