I believe SuperDuper and CarbonCopyCloner are both basically nice GUIs wrapped 
around Apple's command line copy, disk utility, etc tools. At least for their 
simpler functions.

SuperDuper explicitly allows unlimited bootable whole disk copying without 
paying for a license, so that's the one I use.
