Also, the mentorship program is doing well (what did I see? ...200 people in the system on either side.) It's a unique forum, (from what I understand having looked around before diving into it with LOPSA.) Every protege I've worked with so far has been fun, professional, and really energetic and passionate about IT/SA. I think there's a lot more that LOPSA can do with its mentorship program, but that's for another discussion I suppose.
