The LOPSAgram should be up on lopsa.org, but the way it is currently published
you can only link to individual issues, not items within the issues (although
there is no technical reason we can't put anchors in it that you could link to
them). The posted issues are all available under: https://lopsa.org/lopsagram.

The bigger problem, as Ski mentioned in the last issue, is that it is a huge
effort to collect content and put the LOPSAgram together. Adding formatting to
it to look professional is even more work. Personally I think we should be
doing the whole thing is XSLT so we can publish in whatever format we want,
but that is something else we need a volunteer to take on...
