We're looking at ubuntu and I'm having a hardtime getting a fully automated
installs working. No matter what I do or think of the installer will prompt
me that multiple active NIC's we're found alive or something and ask me to
select a NIC.

I'm using cobbler to automate the installs

I've tried everything imaginable anyone see anything wrong with this
preseed file?

I've tried with
d-i netcfg/choose_interface select auto
or specifiy the interface directly
d-i netcfg/choose_interface select em1

Neither option seems to work everything else works fine and the install is
fully automated after I manually select the network interface.
