Mailman has offered a e-mail <-> NNTP gateway for a while, and there are several
web forums that will interact will with NNTP to provide the web forum view for
those who like that UI model.
The latest version of mailman even includes such a web forum.
I've been suggesting that OPSA spin up such a forum for a couple of years now,
but since I don't know os a DJANGO forum, and the LOSA site (and login) is
DJANGO, things stall out.
