Is it possible those senders' domains have published DMARC records? LOPSA presently runs mailman 2.1.12 which doesn't play nice with DMARC. Mailman 2.1.16 implements from_is_list and other work arounds to prevent mail from being erroneously quarantined / marked as spam ( http://wiki.list.org/DEV/DMARC).
