This is pretty much how we do it, our Linux-based mail system forwards
mail for the subset of Exchange users into Exchange and Exchange uses
the Linux-based mail system to relay outgoing mail.  The Exchange
system internally uses the same domain name as the one used by the
Linux-based mail system.
