For Debian, versions 10.7 and 10.8 were removed from the repositories.
This is understandable, as they're not LTS versions, but... this makes
it impossible to upgrade Galera clusters on 10.6 (LTS, supported).
According to the documentation, when upgrading Galera clusters, skipping
major versions is not supported.
Could the project either bring these versions back, or decide that
skipping major versions is supported for Galera and update the
documentation?
