Peter Gulutzan has a very good point that the terms "Oracle" and
"non-Oracle" for procedural dialects are not ideal:

I'd suggest you choose a name for your native procedural language, and
consistently use it in the docs. A lot of DBMSs did that. Postgres uses
PL/pgSQL, so you could go for PL/mdbSQL?
