Note that mariadb-dump already supports --parallel option that can dump
many tables in parallel.

Depending on your use case you might want to extend --parallel to
automatically dump individual partitions in parallel, instead of
extending mariadb-dump to allow to specify what partition to dump.

Depends on what you need, of course, I'm just listing the options so
that you could choose what works better for you.
