Since yesterday, the DigitalOcean mirrors for MariaDB are broken:

This mirror was previously listed on https://mariadb.org/download/, but
not anymore.
I can't find a deprecation notice, nor can I find contact details for
DigitalOcean (mirror is behind Cloudflare, so can't get those details
from WHOIS either).
Does anyone know if this mirror is no longer?
