Hi all,
I would like to express my support to Mateusz proposal. I think more
people than the charter members would be willing to post to a FOSS/GIS
blog community. Moreover I think that this effort can be coupled with
the Journal so as interesting blog posts can be used as base material
for Journal articles, usually after invitation by the editors.
But it could potentially be an excellent initial source.
