It will be held the week following the 2012 MapWindow/OSGeo DotNet conference in Arnhem, The Netherlands. Email me directly if you have any questions about either meeting ( dan.a...@isu.edu). This is usually an outstanding conference for anyone interested in modeling with GIS and has good cross-over with OSGeo (you'll often see several OSGeo people publishing in the journal EMS and attending this conference).
