Subject: [Foss4g2013] Confirming submissions of workshop and presentation
proposals

I just wanted to reassure anyone who has submitted a workshop or presentation
proposal that the submission system does not send an automated acknowledgement
(this is a nuisance for which we apologise).

One of our team runs a batch process at the end of each week to mail submitters
confirming receipt of their proposal. If you have not received a confirmation
mail by the Monday following the week of your submission (or in the case of the
Easter holidays this weekend the Tuesday) then please mail us via this list and
we will allow you to resubmit.

We are looking forward to the late rush of workshop proposals before the
deadline of 31st March and a flood of presentation proposals before the close
of the Call for Presentations on 12th April.

It's going to be a great great FOSS4G in Maptember<http://maptember.org>

Cheers
