Are we sure there's enough "Linux" specific packaging dicsussions to not make it a more generic list that covers issues that apply to osgeo4w, *BSD, OS X, mobile platforms (not mention Cygwin, Macports, homebrew, etc...)?
Ubuntu and Debian already have lists specific to them. Or is this the RPM world trying to collaborate?
