I've used the lot of them and some more times than not, it has come down to client requirements for which distro needs to be used.
I will ring a voice in favour of CentOS. Maybe it's really in favour of RHEL which is where I've spent quite a bit of time. And really, I think I'm in favour of using RPM. I've found myself much happier using RPM to build deployable packages for clients, including localized RPM-install databases, than I have been using .DEB deploys. It could be that I don't have the zen of Deb down yet, a complete fault of my own, but RPM has been easier, it seems, for that type of work. That said, when I'm whipping up a light-weight sever or running things on a laptop, I'll gravitate towards one of the Debian/Ubuntu variants such as Mint, Bohdi, or raw-Debian for server stuff.
