Dear Good OSGeo Folks, A little excitement. . .and some powerful progress!
Thanks to Prof Jim Miller, University of Kansas, and Brandt Melick, IT Director for City of Springfield, a paper is being presented at the IEEE Smart Cities Workshop: "Analysis and Use of Lidar Data in City Planning" (IEEE Workshop: https://meetings.vtools.ieee.org/m/37504) Anyone wishing a copy of the paper, please let me know. The fruits of this labor will provide invaluable analytical tools for cities!!!
