Puneet,

You could definitely build a map app 'offline'. I assume that you are
developing with a locally installed web server. Just create a map that
displays features stored in a local json file. (or, if you really don't want to
see anything on the map, just don't include any layers in your map...)

David.

Subject: [OSGeo-Discuss] developing a slippy maps app while offline

I will be offline (for mapping purposes) for a few weeks, but would like to
continue working on my projects. Is there a way I can develop a leafletjs app
while offline? I don’t want to create an offline map storage as I really don’t
want to look at the maps. I just want leafletjs to not throw any errors while I
code other (non-map) parts of the app.

Suggestions?

Puneet
