As a project lead you can ask the secretary for what CLA agreements we have
on file.

Our CLA is based on the apache foundation one (so it is easier for
organizations to review). It is not specific to any one project - it covers
donating code to the open source geospatial
foundation.

Not all of our projects are "owned" by the open source geospatial
foundation, and we leave it up to each project team how they wish to run
things. Can you tell me how MapGuide Open Source is managed in this respect?
