One clarification coming out of this years meeting (to set expectations for
those slides) is that this is actually an update on each community.

For the projects we had a the question of "I did a state of talk already".
The state of talks are focused on features and functionality that are of
interest to those using the software. AGM reports are focused on the
community (leadership, committers, releases, users, events) and
relationship with OSGeo (officers, budget, challenges, opportunities).

Personally I really liked the local chapter updates, there is so much OSGeo
going on around the world.
