The videos of this year's FOSS4G Conference in Bucharest are now
available in the AV-Portal of TIB (in fact, for almost three weeks, I
just missed it. Sorry), via this link:

All videos are assigned a digital object identifier (DOI) and a media
fragment identifier. This allows to cite videos as a whole or single
segments separately.
The videos of all FOSS4G Conferences in the AV-Portal are available
here:
