It's from the Hackerspaces Wiki: http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/The_OpenChaos_Pattern
Basically, "Have a monthly, public, and open lecture, talk or workshop. Announce it at your local time (no UTC, CEST, EST or something else). Invite interesting visitors to your regular meetings and don’t tell the weirdos about them." So, Mak isn't allowed, of course, per the "no weirdos" clause. Seriously though, Ian has agreed to do a talk on careers in IT security. The biggest thing that needs to be done - and that I can't do - is a poster. If somebody wants to volunteers, let me know and I'll get them details. I'd like to have it done in a couple weeks, if possible - if nobody steps forward, I'll do a simple one, but it's not gonna be very good! :) Ron On 2012-08-15 10:01, Justin Lacko wrote: > Is Open Chaos Night a theme from somewhere else?
