I was just playing with the old computer that Clinton used while he was here, and there's really no use for it. Anyone who comes in will either have their own computers or will use the (connected) lounge computer. The other one has a massive desk and no-one has sat at it for a while. We could dismantle that and put two arcade machines there, really.

What we should be doing instead of just asking if we need those two specific rooms is building maps of how we expect our whole space to work, where we'll put every item currently in our space, and how we're going to use the space temporarily until renovations (incl. electric) are finished. Then we can easily decide if we need those back rooms and if they're important to us.

The dirty room IS kind of big, and nothing is really being done in the work room or the elevator room right now. There's currently a lot of usable space to be allocated.

More like 'take low-use space and save money by helping another
community effort with which we should be associating'. I'm all for it.
Maybe move the smaller arcade machines to the hallway for easier
public access for when they're working?

Whoa whoa whoa..

62 emails and many topics later the grand result is we need to decide if we
want to reduce our rent by a small amount?

I will make a point of being at the next meeting to discuss.

Ramp Up Manitoba = AssentWorks. They are merged.

If anyone needs information on what the space would be used for, Mike
Legary could easily tell you like he did at the last meeting: office
space and probably some space for more tools.

As I mentioned earlier, Ramp Up/AW said they will take the space.
