Building these kinds of pieces will give us the income to allow us to take
the space.
We wouldn't want the space if certain criteria can't be met.
It's not like we're planning where we should put little, insignificant
details.

They need to be constructed to code. Egg cartons are a no go due to fire
regulations. Many a space in the old architecture building at U of M and MB
leg was condemned as a result of ad hoc sound proofing which could turn into
flaming death trap.
It (the new space) will not be perfect and meet every person's needs at
first. This discussion of offices and walls is "cart before horse" IMHO.
Let's get to the new Mars colony first before we start choosing china
patterns.

There's a note about "no cooking." I asked about this - more refers to

file our income tax (this isn't changing with going to a new space).
Not collected by the landlord.
The lease is signed by SkullSpace and does not require personal
guarantees from anybody.
Up front, the landlord would require the first and last months' rent.
There's advertising space we can use to properly advertise where we are.
And I think if we get this place I'm gonna look into seeing what it
takes to get a white neon SkullSpace sign for one of the windows.
Could be cool.
