I am happy to announce the first run of Skullbrew. There are 24 bottles
sitting in the fridge. A few notes about the brew:
It is an all-grain, light lager made from an kit. Similar to moosehead.
I'll have a blog post with pictures of the brew process.

0. Opening
Make sure to open the bottles over the sink. This is homebrew, and it's
possible that some of the bottles will have over carbonated. If you have
never opened a beugel bottle before:

1. Pouring!
There is yeast at the bottom of the bottle. Keep the Yeast Layer in the
Bottle! Pour it slowly into a glass to avoid disturbing the yeast layer on
the bottom. With practice you will leave no more than a quarter inch of
beer behind in the bottle.

2. Keep the bottles!
When you are done, rinse the bottle out and put it back in the box in the
fridge. They will be used for Skullbrew 2.0

3. Let me know what you think!
I'm interested in making other brews, and making my own wort. So let me
know if you prefer a certain kind of beer. I think my next batch will be an
Oktoberfest beer, and the creation of a Kegerator.

Cheers,
