Thank you for volunteering for it... I can probably come help man it.
I think one of the biggest delays is that we didn't have a list of
item for which we needed money - with the electrical plans,
we now do (and even if electrical does happen for cheaper we can
likely apply it to rent!)

I never go the the casinos/bingo, this will be interesting.
