We have ways to host php and mysql databases, and we are comfortable
dealing with relational data and managing it in MySQL databases - if that helps.
We have played with Sequel Reports, and with Oracle APEX; functionally
either of those would be an option, we just don't have them, so I was hoping
for something open-source.
Does anyone have a recommendation of what to use for this?
