By "board room", do you mean "classroom"? Either way there is nothing on the calendar for that time, so unless someone has something else planned for then, I'd say it's all yours.
Do you need anyone else on hand to be ambassadorial? I think there are probably a decent number of SkullSpacers in that fold, so I'm guessing not, but I can pop down and schmooze if required. p.s.
