You might not want to make the requirements too harsh, and discourage people from volunteering.
We need five directors regardless of their campaigning skills. Actually, I'd love to reverse this. There's not much point bragging about my bookkeeping skills if that's not the role I'll be asked to fill. A description of the duties of the directors in general, and typical time commitment required would be helpful to encourage future volunteers.
