You can pick them up at Canadian Tire/Home Depot for like 20ish bucks for a
basic model.  I use one at home and you can specify wake/sleep/away times.
In our case I'd just specify every time period as a shut off so that when
anyone at the space overrides the setting (turning the A/C ON), the next
time the thermostat kicks into wake/sleep/away mode it switches the A/C off.
