Well, sounds like you're someone who really cares deeply about this problem. Perhaps you should contact slim support directly with your complaint and see what their policy is. I have respect for the support I've gotten from slim and for the way they run their business. I don't think this is an issue that they're running or hiding from--simply something they can't fix right now. I think they'd work with you to do you right.
