It's not just the clock; it's a more generalized problem, one that I've most recently seen in scrolling "Now Playing" info.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to figure out how to cause the problem on command in order to help debug it. However, it's definitely a problem I never saw with my SB1 and the 5.4.1 server I was running prior to receiving my SB2.
