I ordered my SB2 direct from SlimDevices, but I have the same problem (so it's not just a UK problem). In addition to the flaky headphone connection (which causes clicks, pops, and cutting out), I also hear an irritating (and relatively loud) fluttering sound between songs and within the first few seconds after the next song begins playing. I don't hear any of this over the RCA outputs.
