If you're having headphone problems and need to have your SB2 repaired, please contact either Slim Devices support or your reseller, depending on where you purchased it.
We've corrected a manufacturing error that affected some portion of one production batch (R34, should be 20K but was not populated). The exact MAC range of Squeezebox2s shipped with this issue is not known, but the time-frame during which they shipped is limited to about a week.
RCA analog outputs and digital outputs are unaffected by this BTW.
