I'm not on SP2 but SlimServer 6 uses about 70Mb memory on my machine. CPU usage is around 5% or less on a 2Ghz P4 unless scanning iTunes when it's anything up to 100% usage. I have over 9,000 tracks in my library and some very large playlists.
