[slim] Help getting HTTP interface to work (x-playertitle)

I am a novice to the inner workings of SlimServer but am usually good at
following instructions.  I looked at the documentation and it says I
should be getting multiple headers back from
"http://localhost:9000/status.txt";.  Specifically, I am looking for
"x-playertitle", but none of the "x-player..." fields come up.  What I
get is:

What am I missing?
