Expect to see in the near future, a web interface for the SqueezeNetwork always-on functionality. This will allow you to edit your favorites from a browser.
Unfortunately, the mms: stream that you mention will not be immediately available through the SqueezeNetwork. Radio stations currently stream directly to your Squeezebox, so we only support formats decoded natively by the SB2 - MP3 today (and FLAC, but that's not significant in the context of streaming).
