The trouble with having a beginner's forum/list, is that it relies on non-beginners to vist/read and answer the questions. But then the point of having a beginners forum/list is that non-beginners can safely ignore it, since it won't have much of interest ... or am I missing something?
I guess that most users who are willing to support beginners (and actually do) will subscribe to that list.
