I have noticed a delay between the web interface and the Squeezebox only when first starting a playlist after powering up the computer. The web interface shows that the song is playing but there is no sound from the speakers until about 10 to 15 seconds later. I presume it has something to do with buffering. Press "Play" and give it a little time and see if the audio eventually starts playing.
