I've had the same problem since upgrading to 7.1. Once it starts doing it it does it for all tracks. Restarting the squeezecentre normally sorts it out. I've enabled LASTFM and I'm not sure if that is causing the problem. Disabled crossfade and it made no difference. Hopefully it is not to do with LASTFM as I love it.
